As you may know, I’ve participated across the country in a fun storytelling show called Mortified. For those that are unfamiliar, the premise of the show is this: people get on stage and read from their childhood journals, their poetry, love letters and other various things they wrote while being an angsty, awkward or otherwise confused youth. This coming Wednesday night in Hollywood, I will be participating and would love you to come see the show.
Are you still a little unclear what this is or have never heard of this fantastic evening before? Fear not, the amazing folks behind this “cultural phenomenon” (Newsweek) have a new documentary that is an amazing representation of the Mortified stage shows. You can check out how to watch it at www.mortifiednation.com — if you don’t have the two hours to watch it now, I get it, at the very least check out the trailer, it will give you a quick laugh, a guffaw and you’ll have an idea of what’s in store for next Wednesday night.
